Klaus is an entrepreneurial executive with proven track-record of value creation. Over the last 20+ years he created value in asset management (mutual funds, real asset funds, shipping) and banking (strategy, M&A, risk management). He successfully delivered various capital measures on the spot, e.g. issuance of a convertible bond, public offering with regulatory approved (BaFin) prospectus as well as capital increases to bolster complex acquisition projects. Most recently, he was a board member and CFO for a stock-listed company in Germany where he previously led the transformation and digitization of the company and closed a large M&A transaction. He founded and has managed a ship asset management company (HSAM - Hanseatic Ship Asset Management GmbH) for Commerzbank AG and was responsible for various C-Level projects. He has also developed and implemented a 2,000+ sqm office space for a new digital work environment. He has attended Singularity University and is an Abundance Digital member (www.abundance.digital).
